In our current society, stress is a part of our daily lives. Key symptoms that indicate you may have high levels include:

  • Trouble falling asleep

  • Pinging awake at the dreaded 3am

  • Waking up after a good nights sleep still feeling tired

 

 

Anxiety

  • Panic attacks

  • Worried about everything - work, kids, parents, partners, money or even world events

  • Difficulty keeping your attention on a task

  • Trouble remembering what you need to do

  • Hard to think creatively

  • Feeling overwhelmed by tasks

Stress Test

Stress is part of our everyday lives, whether we like it or not. We can't eliminate it from our lives, unless you're planning on going into a monastery (which I'm sure would cause its own level of stress!), so we need to find a way to manage our stress.

 

Every now and then it’s good to take a moment and consider your current relationship with stress as this can change significantly based on your current circumstances.
